What we store. Salon details, users, customers (name, mobile, e-mail, birthday, preferences, notes), appointments, treatment records, invoices, payments, stock and expenses entered by the salon.
Treatment photographs are stored only when the customer has given photo consent. Access is limited to the salon's own logins, files are never public, and the salon can delete all photos of a customer at any time (consent is then withdrawn).
Separation. Each salon's data is kept separate and is visible only to that salon's logins. Every important change is recorded in an audit log.
Messages. Reminders are sent in-app, by push notification (with browser permission) and by e-mail only to customers who have not opted out.
Payments for subscriptions are processed by Razorpay through SecurePay; we never see your card details.
